FUNZIONAMENTO: This beach-cleaning machine must be towed by a tractor and is powered by the tractor PTO. The tractor 3-point linkage engages the machines and adjusts, from 0 up to 15 cm, its working depth.

A fixed blade, situated on the front side of the machine, collects everything along 150 cm working width.

The blade is linked to a same machine working width sifter whose height is 60 cm.

No. 1 pre-loading iron drum and no. 3 brushed shafts load the dirty sand carrying out a first sifting operation.

Sand and remaining litters are convoyed onto a second sifter, same as the previous one, with a right to left vibration movement to be adjusted by the engine rpm'. This sifter let the cleaned sand fall through and convoys the last litters into the back basket.

Lift up the rear basket by the hydraulic system (this operation could be controlled from the tractor driver-seat) when full of litters and discharge it into the top case. This case can be discharged by the hydraulic system too; discharge height: about 150 cm.

The beach cleaner mod SQUALO is very reliable and very easy to be serviced (few greasing up and periodic washing up by fresh water).
The machine frame is manufactured by iron and its most wearing subject parts are galvanized and painted.

Working performance: 15000 m2 / hour.
